Old haunts

Having worked for a long time at the place, once a year Wellington invites back old relatively long-standing members of the Common Room for a lunch. This was the first time that the dates have worked for us and it was great to both be back but also to catch up with several ex-colleagues of various ages - although we were just about the youngest there!
Well-looked after, the place looked even smarter than it did when I left - and that was pretty smart. Blue sky and sunshine always helps.
Early night then with a horribly early start tomorrow on our onward journey to France.
