Iasi, Day 1

Up for an early check in and flight from Luton to Iasi in Romania. Picked up at the airport in bright sunshine and down to the International Hotel - top quality hotel with a view of the newly restored Palas; had a wander in the sunshine, including a pop into a gloriously illustrated church, and a torrential rainstorm drove us indoors; out later for a meal in the city and some local Nenea Iancu beer...
