Be calm.

Words (and thoughts) have been failing me today, so I sat here for an hour and became part of the landscape.
I'm an idiot and know nothing but I run with one rule; that the way you see, understand and appreciate the natural world around you is reflected and reproduced in the way you treat your fellow human. And vice versa.

Be nice. Love things. Tread gently.
You'll be better for it.
