Breakfast

Alf had the dietitian today and so we had a quick coffee before the Drs. I should have known he was coming down with something because he just wasn't himself but I dropped him off at nursery and about an hour later I got a call from nursery to say he had a very high temperature. He was very lethargic when we picked him up. It was so sad to see him like that and not his usual bubbly self.
