Tuesday:
Started at 3.15 when I woke and couldn't get back to sleep
Snoozed from 5.30 til the alarm
Walked in listening to the awful news about the Manchester bomb
Rushed and stressful meeting
Difficult feedback meeting
Bad news about a student
Soothed at least 3 very anxious students (I hope) in between marking and revision lessons
Came home: really quite glad to finish work
Made Amelia eat rice. She coped.
Smiled as I listened to her practice her French (so much better, every day)
Played a bit of table tennis with Ben
And now, feet up
