Green salad

I get fed up with the various forms of lettuce so tend to buy pea shoots and watercress for the Tuesday ladies, as I have to eat the left overs.
Half the remaining cream sponge was polished off today and one of the ladies took the rest home for her family.
Have invited four friends for a meal on Saturday night - must be a glutton for punishment - but I like company (just like my late mother!)
Got an SOS to pick up grandson from a school he was working at today.  Couldn't find it and realised I did not have his mobile number.  Eventually managed to find the school and him and then got stuck in gridlocked traffic.  Glad I do not do a school run every day!
