Duck!

Went up the canal for a walk.....saw loads of ducks!!

When I appeared about 30 of them came racing over to see if I had grub!

The Caledonian Canal is something to behold. Designed by Thomas Telford it was finished in 1822 just after the Jacobite uprising. It was first used to shelter the Navy from the French. None of that now though just pleasure crafts and the odd fishing boat!! I stood and watched a yacht coming in through the locks and you could have had a blip of that.....another day though because this chap caught my eye!!
