Southbank Melbourne

Flew down from Sydney for a work function. 4am alarms should be banned. After getting to the airport in time to get an early flight it was an hour late.

Nice weather and much warmer than in Bathurst. We are staying at a lovely hotel ( see extra). The Langham just happened to be named the best in Melbourne in the paper last week. It is living up to its reputation.

Bob has come with me for the journey and tomorrow I have a day off before another work function on Thursday. We are looking forward to exploring the city. we return to Sydney on Friday and Saturday and will catch up with our family.
