Not Boaty McBoatface

Glorious weather today and set fair so I understand for the rest of the week. I wonder if it will continue into the Bank Holiday weekend?

A busy sort of day. Painted the back of the studio which faces onto one of our neighbours first thing this morning meaning his fence panels had to be lifted so as I could access the building. Went back to put a second coat on later in the afternoon.

In between times, we went for a walk,  (You've been spared another blip of young water birds but they were there in Mote Park, albeit one less gosling than the other day), cut the grass, sowed some dwarf French beans and pricked out some lettuces. The model boaters were out on the lake. This time it was the sailors and those with quiet boats rather than the swarms of angry bees and wasps we hear on Saturday mornings.

I put a gosling as an extra!
