The Truth Finally Comes Out!

23 years after the Hillsborough disaster, the families of the 96 Liverpool fans killed have finally been told the truth behind what happened on that day.

For years the blame has been directed squarely at the fans themselves in an attempt to divert the responsibility away from the Police who, after today's revelations should rightly be held to account.

As a Liverpool fan, although not directly affected by the tragedy, it's been upsetting to hear the lies that have been told over the past 2 decades but I just can't imagine what the families have gone through, firstly losing a loved one just because they went to watch a game of football but then having to deal with the injustice of what is essentially a cover up by the police and the government.

Hopefully there will finally be justice for the 96.
