Plum raider

We've had fewer plums on our tree this year. In turn, this has meant fewer and less frequent badger visits, but our recent visits have coincided with a few windfall plums on the patio. This was taken by the trailcam last night. The peanuts under the rock are there specially for the badgers as they can move the stone whereas the foxes cannot. We went for a walk this afternoon, but got a drenching for our trouble so no photos from that. Off to our Bird Study Group meeting tonight on The Sparrowhawk. It's the first meeting after the summer recess, so looking forward to it.
