Notes: Woke late to the alarm at 630a, was already mostly light. Not a great ride but got 20 miles. Made big breakfast, watched Sun morning show, ran DW and relaxed. Mom called 327p to share the news of Dad's prostate cancer - don't know how bad it is yet. Hot humid day.
