#FairerFuture

Two highlights today - one a long overdue catch up with a fellow Blipper (including swapping photo editing tips for the AyePhone) and the second a sensational sessions with our Fairer Future Scotland youth panel.

Focussing on tackling racial inequality in Scotland, their thoughtful and articulate take on the key issues facing young people was just excellent - and their powerful personal testimony about some of the experiences they have faced already as young people left me moved by their courage but enraged that these things are part of growing up in Scotland.

This is still the early stages of their work, so I'm so excited to see what ideas and recommendations they come up - the session today definitely opened up new territory for them to explore and different lenses to look through.
