I am not one for taking pictures of food, let alone posting them online.
But this vegan dinner I cooked tonight deserves some publicity.
Asparagus, caramelised onion and minted pea puree pastry with lemon and pesto roasted broccoli with cavolo nero.
Suffice to say, it was delicious.
