The Coach House is frequently described (by us) in less than endearing terms - the quality of the construction and past maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.  

Particularly on Mondays when you find a large wet patch on the lounge floor, damp on the ceiling, but no active water source that can explain either; or even any route from, say, the shower (which has previously leaked in impossible ways).  

The phrase "bag of spanners" has been used - but even I wasn't expecting to find one rusting away under the bathroom floor.

Still, at least it's a Monday that doesn't have guests arriving.

Bathroom 9 of 9 may soon be providing a few more blips... sigh
