Blowing Through the Jasmine in my Mind

Am very attracted to this plant.

I have only every had jasmine smelling candles, or washing tabs.

Now I have a Jasmine Plant, and I love the pretty little flowers as much as I love the smell it wafts in the evening air.

We've been very, very lucky with the weather recently - The rain last weekend, was the first rain since Tooli left.  It rained again this weekend, and that's okay.   The plants needed it, and everything in the garden looks amazing.

Plants are shooting up all over the place -  cabbages, carrots, cauliflowers, parsnips, sweet corn, beetroot, radishes, peas, beans, sweet peas, peonies, sunflowers, wild flowers. roses.   I'm feeling quite the gardener, and himself is beside himself with how impressive his beans are.

But this, jasmine on my patio,  alongside my Acer (already dying - I kill them repeatedly), strawberries, a distressed willow and my herb box  all looks so pretty, I'm content.  I can't believe how content I am just being around soil and plants.

And my kids are great.  And so is himself.
