Day 255

This shot pretty much explains my day off today - one big, wet blot of rain!

Got soaked walking H to school, got soaked picking him up. It was a wash out. This afternoon we opted for hibernation and had a cinema afternoon. We closed the curtains, got the big blanket out, put a film on and ate popcorn.

There was a brief spell of dry weather just before I was made H's tea, so I ran out to get a shot and guess what? Yes, I got soaked again thanks to the wind that kept blowing the bushes and shaking all the rain on to me and my camera.

Mother nature is no friend of mine today...
