On my way back from Dunedin on Sunday I just HAD to stop in Oamaru for cheese.

This cheeky wee Lindis Pass Brie is perfectly ripe. Look at that ooze! Divine.

I'm about to eat it with Walnut crackers. Ahhhh. Too good to share.
