The seedling factory
All the weather forecasts said the summer was over, but it seems to be hanging on in South West Dorset.
I'm busy working again (finally - if only from home) so today's blip is taken in the garden. Our greenhouse is mostly used for planting seeds in the spring and apart from a few cactus and herbs (who are year round residents) we just use it for tomatoes and chillies in the late summer. Ron the cat is quite partial to its interior though!
To the far left of the picture is my line of Swiss Chard. Its amazing stuff that has lasted most of the summer and tastes rather good steamed with some salt, olive oil and a touch of garlic.
