White road, blue sky

I'm aware that some of these blips aren't much cop as photos - hard to see properly on a phone while sitting on a sunny balcony - but I took this at a moment when I realised how happy I was to be walking down this deserted road with the swallows swooping overhead and the view over the numberless olive trees to the White Mountains where there are still pockets of snow.

I love Crete...
