Sunset on the Lake

Lorraine and I spent last night at our son's place at Eleebana on Lake Macquarie.  After taking this photo I headed back to Darren's and sat outside and enjoyed a delightful dinner he had cooked. 
When our kids were young we had a cooking roster and they both have turned out to be good cooks.
I recently attempted cold smoking a small piece of salmon.  I only attempted a small piece as I just wanted to get my head around the process and was not all that confident, however, the result was a lot better than I expected - see Extra.
