I haven't slept much in recent weeks the pain is such that it makes it difficult.

I sat a lot of last night listening to the music of Chris Cornell, it appears he took his own life in Detroit, very sad he was only a few years older than me.

It's very true that when your happy you hear the melody and when your sad you understand the lyrics. All too often I seem to understand the lyrics these days...
