SILLY STARLINGS

Quite a few Starlings have fledged in the last few days and it’s great fun watching them on the bird feeder. They can’t yet hang on to the individual feeders and feed themselves so they land on the top of the feeder stand and wait for an obliging parent to come along and feed them – see extra. But my blip today is of three of the young starlings in a bit of a mess. There were two on the stand when a third tried join them – now that was a bit SILLY!
