Post Birthday Trip

Started with spin this morning and found it was being taught by an instructor from long ago. She was still as motivating and we certainly worked hard.
Took a trip with my sister to Nottingham to exchange a slightly damaged birthday bike. She treated me to lunch as well and we just chatted all day - was great to have that time.
Home to The Teen's new hair - it looks fab but I'll save it for tomorrow 's blip.
Food shop and home made burgers and tv evening. Perfect end to a lovely Saturday.
