At Porty

The last few days have been fun, meeting a bunch of Ironman 70.3 Edinburgh athletes who were doing a training weekend with John n Grace (in the photo). I was asked along to be the swimming coach. It was a joy, both last night and today, to see such progression. 

looking forward to a bike ride tomorrow too!
