The trouble with HUGE eggs.

They, vastly, overflow a standard Poacher.
One day I'll maybe pluck up courage to try the old-fashioned way, which usually wastes a LOT of egg for me, but I suppose if I start with a LOT of egg I ought to end up with a meal left.
