We're home!

We've had a fabulous week up on Holy Island, the weather was mostly good with a bit of dull drizzle thrown in... But the weather doesn't matter much there, waterproofs and decent boots are all you need.

Coming home has its drawbacks, (1) holiday is over and (2) look at the lawn! Mown the day before we left, it's now more like a single interest nature reserve. Margaret likes the daisies they get left alone.

Patrick greeted us warmly when we came through the door, we were a little surprised as other cats we have known and loved generally gave is the cold shoulder for a few days whenever we returned from a trip.
