A backblip of our trip "Rock Hounding"

This was on day 5 of our trip. Hubby "Rock Hounding" with friends and me with a good book. This day we went to a beautiful little town very far up a winding road with nothing for miles, then we came to this little town. It gets its name from the fossils that have been dug up there. They mostly have impressions of leaves. Very interesting. We camped at a fun little RV park and after an afternoon of digging for fossils we had a nice dinner near the field with the horse that came over for a carrot. A lady came over to see if she could take our picture since she said it looked like we were having so much fun. Then she took one of us with my camera. Just a wonderful day. I hated to leave the next morning.
