Miscreants of Edinburgh

Today my restful first day at work was disrupted by some yoof deciding to use a "Road Closed" barrier as a grinding bar for their BMX's
We watched them dismantly the signage, grind for all of a minute before a cooncil appointed traffic man came along to tell them off.

They then badly re-assembled the sign. Not satisfied with that I called the cops on them. By 17:30 the police had still not appeared (having called at 15:10).

I must be getting old now if I am calling the polis :P
