first snow

Just after six in the morning, before I had to go to work for the first time this year, everything was covered with snow. The usual five minutes to the train station by car became nearly ten. Trains were mainly on time though. I was in The Hague at a quarter to eight.

I did think of trying to make a photograph for the woodland seasons series, but did not have enough time. Hope to catch it later in the week when there's still light.
No lampposts there.
