A Day of Remembrance

This is Valley Stream's new 9/11 monument which stands at A.J. Hendrickson Park. It includes a piece of steel from the remnants of the World Trade Center.

I took a few minutes of my day to honor those who lost their lives 11 years ago on 9/11 and to all who serve our country.
