The Silent Scream

Long-ass day, today, but one that went pretty well. Being off tomorrow again helped, no doubt. This evening, I spent a short time wandering around the grounds of the university before heading over to meet with Twitter buddies, Paul and Scott, for coffee and chat. A really enjoyable evening!

It was very nice to meet Twitter pals Lisa and Nico also, today.

Also, some of you asked about the little bronze sculpture which featured in last Thursday's Blip. Her name is The Yes Girl, by Michael Duhan, a sculptor from Dublin. I was also asked to find out how much it would cost to buy her freedom. Believe it or not, the little lady is selling at £7000! That's 10779 Australian Dollars. I'd buy her too, if I had that sort of cash lying around. She's really very cute!
