An early start; a 0730 kick off in greater Leith. And from there I crissed and crossed EH6 for the rest of the morning. (with the aid if coffee).
I visited the Sicilian pastry shop on Albert Street (I was across the road) and laid in supplies for a long lunch with Bill. Sobering and enlightening, we mostly behaved like Grumpy Old Men.
Then home; work and finished at 5 to head into town for the City Art Centre and the opening of their Edinburgh's Alphabet exhibition.
A glass of wine, a speech or two and then allowed in to view a photo of mine on a wall.
Thrilling! (it's on til October; a decent exhibition - not just because etc etc)
