Nice.......Mikado???

The weather has not been the best...some lovely sunshine but mad heavy showers ...so I did some baking.....
I was calling the coconut buns ...Mikcado cakes but while they have the jam and coconut they are lacking marshmallow....
Still they were lovely and filled with my own Rhubarb and Raspberry jam...went down well with a cup of coffee....
I also made a batch of Gooseberry jam with the last of frozen berries....this years are getting really big already on the bush...!
