Too hot even for chipmunks.

The mid-August like heat, around 95 F/35 C, after a prior week of cold rain, is really impossible to deal with. Our downstairs temperature is perfct(well, not in Raspberry's opinion) with the ductless AC, but the upstairs of this old house is literally an oven. I did manage to get one window AC in, so we will have a better sleeping night than last night. Tomorrow we'll work on the one in the another room.  It's supposed to be cool again by the weekend. I cannot deal with heat anymore, I long for the days before this poor planet started to heat up.

All hands listening to every breaking news announcement AND terrified about what 45 might do or say, (or lie about) on his international trip. Mike Pence is looking tainted as well. He's lied a number of times as well. It seems like a very big and ongoing problem with too many conflicting statements to even keep track of.
