Ripening Nicely

Despite the grey, wet summer, the apple set is quite good, must be because we had good weather in spring for the pollinators! This is one of my favourites, quite a small apple but sweet and juicy, at this time of year my walks around the land involve eating lots of different apples, blueberries and blackberries! I would love to make some juice and a bit of cider but the car expenses have put pay to investing in an apple crusher and press! Maybe I could borrow one.
