Urban renewal

As the college continues to redevelop its grounds the old BT building which then became the higher learning centre is getting a face lift. It is a fascinating process that I have been following for a few months now. To begin with they removed all the windows and metal. Then they took all the external walls away leaving the central core upon which the floors were suspended. Now they are re-building it from the centre out.
