Middlewood Green, Suffolk

Morning in the office, then coffee with Ali & Richard, phone call to the blacksmith about making some railings, estate agents valuation, whole family round for dinner, cooking in the new kitchen, girls bought and assembled a rowing machine... I fell off it! They laughed. Took the car for fuel and car wash... Need to pack a bag now - leaving for the 3 day retreat at the posh place very early tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing the guys again.
