What is it?

Actually it's a statuette in the garden of the lady I look after. I feel sorry for the poor thing. She stood out on the bare earth all winter, clutching a few flimsy draperies round her shoulders. Perhaps she was trying to impress the 3 monkeys next to her with her maidenly charms. But they see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
