Our famous tree has fallen. Not as well known as the Buttermere one but a wonderful sight for anyone walking by Lily Tarn on Loughrigg.

I found out about it last week but this was my first opportunity to get up and see.

Have put a photo taken many years ago in extras. There must be more in my photo library but I can't locate them.
