Beware of the beautiful Autumn Crocus!

For the last 2 weeks I have taken pictures of these beautiful signs of the end of summer, and not published any of them, always preferring something bigger. You only see the crocuses' translucent beauty in the early morning sunlight as they are under the trees. They are so delicate they will be smashed down by the rain that is now hammering down outside so here is one crocus in all its seemingly, gentle glory. However all parts of this plant are HIGHLY POISONOUS, and it has no antidote apparently.
