Volunteering at British Heart Foundation in the morning.

Then met Granny to see a screening of a GRAMNET documentary about a palestinian refugee camp, and also a short film about a refugee from Palestine living in Edinburgh who wrote beautiful poetry when beimg tortured in prison... I am an interesting file was one if the best lines.
