Crick in the neck!

Had a lovely day in Glasgow with a lovely friend- a swim then a hot stone massage and facial. It's a good change from decorating and making soup for my dad who is poorly with a cold. Sorry I've been lax with blip but spending a lot of time at dad's house- will catch up soon!
