Sun salutation

What a fabulous start to the day! We were up and about shortly before 7am, my husband off for his morning swim and me seeing to all the cats, dogs, chickens etc plus getting on a massive laundry load. I sat outside to enjoy my breakfast coffee and over the fence spied one of the wee 3 (little Blackie lambs who need extra feeding). It was clearly enjoying a quiet moment in the sun.
