just a jay

Due to a rough night with little sleep our morning walk was later than usual. It was nice to see different birds at this different time of day.
This blue jay was acting a lot like a flycatcher. It would swoop down into the field, return to the same tree to eat whatever it had gotten, then swoop down again.
