One Day First Responders Course

I took this obligatory course today with 20 of my colleagues.

We covered everything at a basic level and it was very informative - I actually really enjoyed it.

The guy who gave the course is a retired ambulance man from Tipperary and we was also very funny. (Such a great accent too).

This is one of the dummies we practised CPR on and used with the defibrillator.

I gave the course and the tutor 10/10 on feedback form.
