Bayswater Power Station

There are 2 of these stations on either side of the New England Highway in Muswellbrook NSW. Surrounding them are huge open cut coal mines to see them from the air the landscape is full of huge pits and voids. Until recently the Hunter Valley was the biggest coal producing area but that "honour" is soon to belong to Queensland in the Gallalie Basin.
