It was a long trip home from NYC.  When we reached Delaware, our GPS program rerouted us off of I-95 to the DelMarVa peninsula and we ended up coming home over the Bay Bridge via Annapolis.  That was a first for us. It added about an hour to the trip, but apparently it would have been much longer if we had stayed on 95, because the road was shut down in both directions for a period of time due to a very bad accident. 

I arrived home to find my Iris' in bloom.
