Mixed emotions....

It's been a strange day today. I spent 6 hours painting our garden wall (it's quite long)! While I was doing it I felt like it was a long lonely day but I also felt thankful that I have the health and ability to do it. Lots of thoughts went through my mind as I worked away. I thought of friends who have various illnesses or disabilities and are unable to do anything like this. Their lives are ruled by their difficult circumstances and I really feel for them. We must be thankful for what we have and I must say I feel very blessed but I do get some days that are tough! Every day is a new day thank goodness for that! I looked up from my painting and saw this butterfly in the garden. It stayed long enough for me to get my camera from indoors and blip it! I love butterflies!
