A long day's travel but no hiccups - well, the flight out of Edinburgh was delayed over an hour which made the connection a bit tight and then we had to circle at Heathrow. Not that I'm a nervous traveller. Help! But at this end, all was fine. And once all was settled we managed a walk down to the end of the street for some shrimps and beer. Cold wind though, just like home. And as soon as my head was on that pillow I was out.
